The College is hosting a free FAFSA Completion Day on Saturday, Feb. 12. All college-bound students, regardless of what school they plan to attend, are invited to this one-day event to receive free assistance in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which is required by colleges, universities and private schools to qualify for scholarships, grants, loans and work-study.
Sessions will be held at 10 a.m. and noon in Parkhouse Hall rooms 309 and 310 at the Central Campus, 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell, and in South Hall rooms 247 and 250 at the West Campus 101 College Drive, Pottstown. Students age 23 and younger should attend with a parent or guardian. Both the student and parent should bring their social security cards, driver’s licenses, 2010 federal tax returns, W-2 forms and other income information. They should also bring information about any savings, investments, and assets that they have.
